Alcor Move Plus Smart bracelet

When designing our Alcor Move Plus smart bracelet our goal was to keep the functions of our Alcor Move model which users loved, but to improve the feature list with more intriguing features. The device now has a built-in USB connector so customers don’t have to use a charging dock. It is IP67 waterproof so it’ll be the perfect companion during trainings. We also improved the operation which is a breeze using the 0.96” monochrome OLED touchscreen and front screen touch button.
The device constantly monitors our heart rate and records daily activity data such as steps taken and sleep info. It would be also a useful companion during training: not only can we select the sport type from a list of 14 but it’s also possible to record the route for running or biking by the connected GPS function where track record is done by using the smartphone’s GPS. Guided relaxation helps to have a few mindful moments during the day.
We kept the usual notifications too, of course: the device vibrates when you receive an incoming call, message or calendar reminder on the smartphone paired with the smart bracelet. Other convenient features are available, such as the two-day weather forecast, music remote control or anti-lost alert.
 

Heart rate sensor
Built-in optical heart rate sensor uses photoplethysmography to measure your heart rate: the device calculates your heart rate from the flow speed of the blood in veins under the skin which are lit by a green light.

Workouts and Connected GPS
If your goal is to stay healthy, the device will help you to spend the recommended 30 minutes workout every day. You can choose your preferred workout from a list of 14 different sports, some of them with route tracking (e.g. running or biking) using the Connected GPS function. The smart phone application would use the smartphone’s built-in GPS for these workouts. Since the device is IP67 waterproof it would not be affected by sweat or a summer shower.



Weather forecast
If the bracelet is paired with a smart phone it can display a two-day weather forecast for your actual location as well as the current weather.

Pedometer and sedentary reminder
Civilized men spend a great part of their day by sitting affected by the negative effects on health. This smart bracelet helps you to change this: you can track how many steps you take a day and you can set your bracelet to remind you if you sit for a prolonged period so you can stand up and move around for a bit.

 

Sleep quality monitor
The device detects when you fall asleep and can monitor your sleep cycles (deep sleep and awake sleep). You can check your sleep cycles as well as overall sleep time in the companion app. There’s also an optional “Do not disturb!” mode where no notifications (except the alarms) would be sent to your bracelet during the period you set, so nothing will disturb you during your sleep.


 

 

 

Giuded relaxation
This function helps you to calm your mind down by focusing your breathing for a few minutes. The device will guide you to inhale and exhale by vibration.

Burnt calories
The device calculates the calories you burn during the day. Calculation is based on the personal data you set in the companion app (height, weight and age) and daily movement data recorded by the device.

Time and reminders
You can use the device as a regular watch, and you can add up to 10 reminders/alarms to notify you at the specified time and day. There’s also a stopwatch and you can choose from 5 built-in watch faces according to your preferences.

Notification of incoming calls and messages
The device vibrates when you receive an incoming call or message to the smartphone paired with the smart bracelet. If the caller is listed in your contacts, the device can display the caller's name instead of the phone number; it’s also possible to reject a call directly from the device using the touch screen. The bracelet can also notify you about the incoming SMS messages, e-mails, calendar reminders and several instant messaging apps (e.g. Facebook chat). (The contents of the messages are not shown on the unit.)
Each notification type can individually set on or off from the smartphone app.

Anti-lost and phone finder
The device vibrates when the connection to the paired smartphone is lost. If you can't find your smartphone, you can activate the phone finder function of your smart bracelet, to help you locate it.

Smartphone camera remote controller
If you can't find your smartphone, you can activate the phone finder function of your smart bracelet, to help you locate it.

Music player controller
You can start or stop music playback on your connected smartphone, as well as skipping to the previous or next tracks.

VeryFitPro companion app for iOS and Android devices
The companion app collects and displays the data recorded by the device. It's also used to adjust the reminder and notification settings of your bracelet.

Notes and remarks:

  • This device is intended for recreational and hobby usage. It is not suitable for medical usage.
  • Device waterproofing meets the IP67 standard. This means submerging the unit in clean water for 1 meter deep maximum for up to 30 minutes. The device is not suitable for swimming or showering because water pressure could exceed the values of the standard above in such cases.
  • Please avoid using the device in too hot or humid environments (e.g. in saunas or steam baths).
  • Route tracking is available only for workouts initiated from VeryFitPro application. Route tracking uses the GPS of the connected smartphone and could result quicker depletion of the phone.
